Beautifully done!!! I wish that I could do the same.....but I am too old for this already. For older folks, if you follow her and get injured, you'll never get healed. You must slow down to 1/10 of her speed and breathe deeply at the same time. Then, taichi healing will come into full force.
It looks really great but practically will it really work in real fighting??? 03/10/2016
This is the best Tai Chi demo that I have ever seen. A great combination of Tai Chi, dance beauty, flexibility, and power. It is not only enjoyable to watch but motivating as well. Should I see this 40 years ago, I might have the desire to learn Tai Chi. Great achievement at such a young age. Congratulations.
The best of all kinds of performing arts I have ever seen. She combined dance, gong fu and Tai Chi movements into one magical art form. So proud of her!!
Absolutely beautiful to watch, Her Tai Chi movements when combined with a dance form. With age will come the realization that less is more, that is when mere breathing is Tai Chi enough when the Body is finally merged with Nature and finally the Universe.
Wow near perfect
Wow! This is the best that I have seen. Beautifully executed. The grace, flexibility, coordination, speed and power. It is only possible when you are young. I have watched this, like, maybe, five times!!
I love the video and your blog, I will send people from my Salford Tai Chi group here too: perhaps you can read my bloghttp://dr-taichi-salford.weebly.com/
This is the future of Taijiquan? So sad
Young Melanie? ♡☆♡☆
What can I say? Fantastic! Perfect!
Motivate me to pick up my Taichi again that I learned more than 30 years ago :-)
