China’s Cambricon Chip Is Growing Fast 寒武紀科技
Cambricon Technologies is a partially state-owned publicly listed Chinese technology company headquartered in Beijing.
The company builds core processor chips and general-purpose graphics processing units (GPGPUs) for use in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). It has been compared to Nvidia due to their similar focus.
寒武紀科技是北京市一所人工智能技術公司，是全球第一個量產商業人工智能晶片的公司，名稱取自寒武紀大爆發認為人工智能改寫世界的曙光已經出現。創立人陳天石教授曾獲國家自然科學基金委員會「優青」、CCF-Intel青年學者獎、中國計算機學會優秀博士論文獎。
